Employee home page ... more tiles! You can now add up to three more tiles to the Employee Home page. These tiles will operate a bit differently than the rest in that they will be clickable external links. These are for those benefits that employees can enroll in year-round on other sites such as Pet Insurance, Identity Protection, or maybe a Discount Mall.

To add one or more tiles:

  1. Log into bCEnroll as a company administrator/system administrator by going to the following website: https://enroll.benefitsconnect.net
  2. Click on Companies and a list of your Employer Groups will be shown. Then select the company you wish to view from the list provided. Alternately, if your list of employer groups is large, click Search after selecting Companies and enter in the company name into the appropriate field and click Apply.
  3. Click on Setup & Configuration, and from the drop-down menu select Page Customizations.
  4. Click the Add New button.
  5. Select Home as the Page type you want to add.
  6. Proceed to add your images and links.

  3. Add a header by clicking the "H" in the English Content editor.
  4. Add any instructions and/or details for the new tiles in the English Content Editor.
    It is important to note that if you add English and want to make a Spanish translation available, you must add the Spanish as well.
  1. Click Save.
  2. Use the Login As button on one of your employees to see what they will see.

Welcome Pages by Division (or Category)

Different employee groups have different needs... the way you want to welcome your upper management employees to their enrollment may be different than how you'd like to welcome your hourly employees. Just like you might welcome your mother to the party with a hug and kiss, but maybe you'll give that one second cousin (that doesn't always show up) a solid handshake. Now you can add multiple welcome pages and customize them by division and/or category.

To add another Welcome page:

  1. Log into bCEnroll as a company administrator/system administrator by going to the following website: https://enroll.benefitsconnect.net
  2. Click on Companies and a list of your Employer Groups will be shown. Then select the company you wish to view from the list provided. Alternately, if your list of employer groups is large, click Search after selecting Companies and enter in the company name into the appropriate field and click Apply.
  3. Click on Setup & Configuration, and from the drop-down menu select Page Management.
  4. Click the Add New button.
  5. Select Welcome as the Page type.
  6. Follow the steps for Page Customizations.

The Naughty List


This bug is getting coal: - When printing the Consolidated Enrollment Form for any future dated elections, the policy numbers were showing as "TBD" even though they were most definitely "determined" and showing everywhere else.

This bug is gettin' nothin' for Christmas: - After uploading an image to your customized Welcome page. If you saved and the came back later to edit only the text, you would need to upload your image again otherwise you would see the default Welcome image. But not anymore. Upload and edit in peace.
