3. Mental health in the workplace
Earlier this year, Unum released a statistic-rich report addressing mental health in the workplace. In the report, Unum found that only "25 percent of managers in the U.S. have received training on how to refer employees to mental health resources, and more than half of people are unsure how they would help a colleague who came to them with a mental health issue."

4. We went to ASHHRA!
The benefitexpress team had a blast at ASHHRA (American Society for Healthcare Resources Administration) this past week networking with other human resources professionals in the healthcare industry.
