Is Obamacare Going Away? And What Will Happen if it Does

On-Demand Webinar

Written by Lauren Fischer | September 27, 2019

On July 9, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans heard arguments on an appeal of the judge’s ruling by a coalition of states challenging the Affordable Care Act.

If the Texas v. United States decision were to be upheld, and the ACA is ruled unconstitutional, it will change the employer mandate as well as the insurability of millions of employees and their families.  In addition, provisions of the ACA touch the lives of most Americans, from nursing mothers to people eating at chain restaurants.

Learn about the current status, the employer requirements to comply, and the anticipated timing if ACA law is overturned and Obamacare is shut down. Plus, how long will the insurance industry have to adjust to the new normal after nine years of ACA?

We discuss that and more in this on-demand webinar. Keep reading to access the slides, or watch a live recording.
