The benefitexpress sales team continues to grow
Schaumburg, Ill. September 1, 2020—benefitexpress™ the leading provider of enrollment technology and services for employee benefits administration, announced today that Mary Beth Rock has joined its sales team as regional sales executive for the southern territory. In this role, Mary Beth will develop strategic, consultative relationships with benefits administration leaders at mid-market employers, health insurance brokers at leading insurance firms, and benefits technology sourcing advisors to deliver user-friendly benefits enrollment software and high-touch administration services to the market.
Mary Beth is an industry veteran with 25+ years of experience delivering all aspects of human capital management (HCM) systems and employee benefits platforms through direct-to-employer and broker channels. Twenty of those years were spent working exclusively with employers and broker partners in the Texas market.
Most recently, Mary Beth was the strategic partnership manager for Benefitfocus, Inc. (BNFT) where she was a founding member of the team that built the Benefitfocus Broker Channel, turning challenged relationships into trusted partnerships for co-selling opportunities. Additionally, she grew the Benefitfocus Premier Program by 8,050% over a period of two years. In a previous role, she led a team of account executives in Texas and Oklahoma tasked with the strategic focus to use technology and administrative services to help employers reduce costs associated with health care, ensure compliance and improve consumer satisfaction.
In addition to consulting with buyers on benefitexpress’ point-solution benefits administration offerings, Mary Beth looks forward to sharing the benefitexpress service-first approach with her network connections—especially those who are looking to evaluate new partnerships for the 2021-2022 open enrollment season.
“Mary Beth Rock is the perfect addition to the benefitexpress team because she is passionate about connecting and building relationships with professionals in our industry,” says Melanie Hallenbeck, chief growth officer, benefitexpress. “In addition, her deep network of broker partners will help benefitexpress expand its reputation as the partner-of-choice for benefits brokers and sourcing advisors whose enterprise employer clients require white glove service from their full outsourcing partner.”
benefitexpress is thrilled that Mary Beth has decided to join the organization. Mary Beth will be on the road soon, meeting with as many prospects and partners as possible to help develop innovative administration strategies and plan for new technology purchases. Additionally, she will be reaching out through email and virtual meetings to introduce herself. Please join benefitexpress in welcoming Mary Beth to the team!
