1. Here we GROW again!
Benefitexpress is GROWING! We celebrated the grand opening of our brand new state-of-the-art call center last week. Our call center support services allow our the employees of our clients to be assisted and supported while making benefit decisions. With this expansion comes the addition of over 60 new employees to guide users through the upcoming open enrollment season, bringing the new hires to benefitexpress to more than 125 in 2019! 2. benefitexpress ACA Services
When it comes to ACA compliance, it's no secret that it can be difficult to keep up with tracking and reporting requirements—which is why we provide a full ACA Services team in-house to help clients and prospects with these challenges.
To highlight this service offering, we recently added a new ACA Services page to our website. What makes this page unique? We share some stats about our ACA team—like how we created more than nearly half a million ACA forms last year with a 99.1% accuracy rate.
3. How much white space is on your calendar?
In our last social round-up blog, we featured posts centered around the topic of open enrollment (aka: busy season). This week, SHRM shared a new article discussing why it's important to save white space on your calendar (especially during annual enrollment). We couldn't agree more and encourage everyone to keep these suggestions in mind over the next couple of months!
4. Speaking of Open Enrollment...
Remote employees can sometimes feel "off the grid" from other team members. As remote employees in the workforce become increasingly more common, so do the challenges of keeping all employees and team members engaged in company-wide events like open enrollment.
