In this role, Melanie will develop strategic, consultative relationships with benefits administration leaders at mid-market employers, health insurance brokers at leading insurance firms, and benefits technology sourcing advisors, enabling them to deliver user-friendly benefits enrollment software and high-touch administration services to their stakeholders.

Melanie has an impressive 25+ years of experience selling benefits technology platforms and services to mid-market and large enterprise customers. Consistently a top performer in all her previous roles, Melanie is most proud of her ability to listen, build lasting relationships and solve problems. She is not afraid to disrupt the status quo to help organizations better understand their goals and challenge them to recognize areas for improvement and growth by positioning new processes, technology and services.

In her most recent role at Accolade, Melanie led the extremely complex evaluation of healthcare advocacy and navigation for large organizations looking to improve their benefits utilization as well as the overall health of their employees. Previously at Benefitfocus, she cultivated relationships with advisors and large employers to bring on new platform customers across all industry verticals.
