In this role, Eric will develop strategic, consultative relationships with benefits administration leaders at mid-market employers, health insurance brokers at leading insurance firms, and benefits technology sourcing advisors, enabling them to deliver user-friendly benefits enrollment software and high-touch administration services to their stakeholders.

Eric brings an outstanding record of success in developing and delivering comprehensive benefits programs and technology solutions for mid-market and large enterprise customers. Before joining benefitexpress, Eric was a top individual and team contributor in senior consulting roles at leading insurance firms and point solution providers, all in the Raleigh, N.C. region.

Eric has earned multiple honors for his sales and business development achievements. His accomplishments include building top-producing brokerage businesses; recruiting, training, and developing high-performance sales teams; and consulting with mid-sized and large enterprise customers to optimize employee benefits programs and technology solutions, including standalone SaaS Benefit Technology, Flex and HSA Administration, Benefit Communication and Education, and cost containment strategies.
