At the end of the year, we look back on our experiences and begin to plan for the future. Industry experts shared what surprised them in 2017, and what it means for 2018. It won't surprise anyone who read our State of the Workplace guide to hear pet insurance grew in popularity. One benefit experts weren't expecting to see soar? Critical illness insurance. In addition, identity theft benefits will continue to enjoy a resurgence in popularity through the new year, largely thanks to the Equifax data breach.
