In 2018, Generation Z will be entering adulthood and the workforce. At the same time, baby boomers will continue to put off retirement. With four distinct generations - not to mention the diverse groups within each - in the workforce, employers are increasingly turning toward the flexibility of Consumer-Driven Health Plans. The "Cafeteria Plans" popularized in the 70s are making a comeback to address the needs of a wide range of employees. This flexible plan type can be a powerful retention tool for employers, but only if you successfully navigate common compliance issues. Compliance expert Larry Grudzien shared a roadmap to CDHP success.
