In her new role, Northey will lead all areas of benefitexpress’ product organization.

Northey brings more than 20 years’ experience to benefitexpress, across a variety of product strategy and product management roles, from executive leadership to development. “As I join benefitexpress, I am committed to delivering an exceptional client and participant experience through a combination of our domain expertise, service-centric focus and software solutions,” says Northey.

In her most recent role as Global Product Leader at Willis Towers Watson, Northey achieved success in leading the HR Portal and Total Rewards Portal Software product offerings. She previously held senior leadership roles at ADP in Product Management and Product Marketing.

benefitexpress also announced an expansion of investment in channel partnerships, with the appointment of Scott Evans in a new role as Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Broker/Carrier Relationships.
