As the chief human resources Officer, Korrie is responsible for developing and executing on benefitexpress’ overall business plan and strategy regarding current and future employees. She works closely with managers and the executive team to ensure the strategic direction of the company regarding recruitment, staffing, planning, talent and performance management, and employee counseling. She supports positive morale by providing advice and assistance to supervisors and managers regarding training needs, job descriptions, employee growth opportunities, and personnel policies.

Prior to joining benefitexpress, Korrie held management positions at Bank of America and Benefits and Risk Management Service Inc. She has over 13 years of management experience and over 10 years of involvement in the benefits industry. Korrie received her Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
