- Administer the “run out” processing period each plan year
- Generate a forfeiture report at the end of the first quarter following the plan year
- Run non-discrimination testing

- Enroll participants or receive an enrollment file from you
- Provide them with a Debit Card
- Review and pay claims and call them if we have any questions about a claim submitted
- Mail checks and reimbursement explanations directly to participants’ homes
- Address participant questions in our Customer Service Center. Return after-hours voice messages, emails & instant messages within 2 hours - 7 days per week, all year round.
- Allow them to check their balance 4 ways - online, call center, voice response or text
- Generate quarterly participant statements
- Distribute remaining balance and forfeiture warning letters
