Project Management and Plan Administration — is where assistance on your benefit program’s technical issues is provided.  Our Plan Administrators support the Coordinators with plan expertise and perform all plan-level administration, including financial and data management functions.  Plan Administrators monitor eligibility, perform all enrollment and life event processing and interface with your payroll and insurance providers.  They can also be responsible for all billing and reconciliation functions, as well as FSA, COBRA and HIPAA administration.  The Plan Administrators are the dedicated point of contact for your human resources staff.

Fulfillment — is where important employee communication materials are printed, collated, and prepared for delivery to your plan participants and human resources staff.  To provide the utmost in quality control and cost-effective services, we have a dedicated client fulfillment center, which manages benefit package assembly, distribution and mailing and personalized and customized printing. Maintaining and managing this function ensures the highest level of security for our clients and timely delivery of critical information.
