They can also be responsible for all billing and reconciliation functions, as well as FSA, COBRA and HIPAA administration. The Plan Administrators are the dedicated point of contact for your human resources staff.
Fulfillment — is where important employee communication materials are printed, collated, and prepared for delivery to your plan participants and human resources staff. To provide the utmost in quality control and cost-effective services, we have a dedicated client fulfillment center, which manages benefit package assembly, distribution and mailing and personalized and customized printing.
